Sliding Scale fees are: $85, $135, or $185

All fees collected from providers will be applied towards costs of operating Portland Integration Network, maintaining the website, and advertising, hosting community events and workshops. 

Being listed on PIN includes: 

• A profile listing on the website including phone, website, email, bio and advertising of groups, workshops and trainings 
• Membership within a thriving and growing community passionate about the healing potential of psychedelics with ethical and quality standards of care 
• Connection to other providers through PIN’s listserve to share resources, provide and request referral support, and consult with other providers, etc. 
• Access to peer consultation groups
• Reduced fees at future events
• We will have a podcast hosting local providers and their work to be shared as a resource through PIN. You are welcome to offer to the podcast, in support of providing more education to our community and gaining visibility of your passion and work in this growing field 

Your Membership subscription will continue in effect on a yearly recurring basis subscription unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or the Service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to this Agreement. If membership is canceled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, The Company will not reimburse the Member for the remainder of that paid month. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges. 

If The Company later increases the price of being listed on PIN, The Company will notify you via email. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days’ prior notice before the charge is made. If you are given less than 10 days’ prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment due. 

If the Provider is more than 60 days late in paying a monthly fee, then the Provider may suspend performing the Services or terminate this Agreement.
