Provider Description
Molly Bowen is a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon, specializing in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and dying. She utilizes somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and attachment based practices to help her clients create a deeper relationship with their inner and outer world. This supports clients in learning how to welcome emotions with care and curiosity so they can been experienced as messangers for healing rather than something wrong that needs to be fixed.
It wasn’t until Molly found herself overwhelmed by the tragic death of a close friend and the intensity of becoming a new mother that she was aware she needed tools that worked on a much deeper level than talk therapy. She learned to listen into and honor the wisdom of pain through modalities like somatic, Internal Family Systems, and psychedelic therapies.
After diving deep into her own healing, Molly began to realize the innate healing capacity inside of herself. Connecting to this inner resource gave her deeper awareness and belief in the fulfilling life she could create for herself. This work has allowed her to access unconscious patterns, build new neural pathways, and trust the wisdom of her wounds. The ability to listen to her inner cues brought more ease within herself and in her relationships.
Molly is devoted to supporting others in accessing their own inner healing wisdom. She serves the community through her private psychotherapy practice and through ketamine assisted therapy with Rainfall Medicine.
