Provider Description

Jessica Besner is a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice. She works with individuals from a trauma-focused, relational and feminist lens. She has training in methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrative somatic therapies, as well as psychedelic integration and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Jessica’s work is centered around empowering womxn and gender diverse folx, especially those who have experienced interpersonal trauma. She currently offers individual Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as psychedelic harm reduction and integration. Jessica believes that healing occurs through one’s ability to connect with self, and feel witnessed by and connected to others.
