Provider Description

I am excited to join you in your journey and invite you into my practice. By nature, I am a relational therapist. I believe that we work best in relation to others and that connection is very healing. I work hard to build trust in our therapeutic relationship to ensure you feel seen and heard.

Helping clients examine all the relationships in their lives—whether with the self, others or even vices—I embrace a solution-focused, client-centered perspective to help facilitate the process of change.

I am also a licensed psilocybin facilitator in the state of Oregon and wear the hat of facilitator and coach in that line of work. I believe in this form of treatment to help clients provide new lenses for them to look through.
